This fee includes a $13.85 fee that is what PayPal charges for the convenience of paying your dues with a credit or debit card. We pass this fee along to you as it is not a fee that the HOA is charging.

Homeowners can request the "Profit and Loss" statement after the year ends in June of each year, by requesting it in writing via USPS or by emailing us at board@MissionHillsHOA.com. PO Box 493 Highland City, FL 33846. We will need your name and address so we can validate that you are a homeowner.
This is a form that can be used to report compliance issues with a home based on the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions document posted above. Your home number, name, the home number with the issue you are reporting along with the EXACT Article V Section Number that is being violated and EXACTLY what is out of compliance from that section must be filled in on the form. All submissions will be kept confidential and incomplete forms or forms without all the requested information will be ignored. You will not be contacted regarding submissions nor will you be advised when any action is taken. We respect each homeowners privacy and will not broadcast what, if any actions have been taken on violations. If a street light is out near you, anyone can turn in a trouble ticket to the City of Lakeland Electric company. Open this website: https://lakelandelectric.com/storms-and-outages then click on the tab named “Report a Problem” and fill out the form on the page. You will need the home address next to the light with an issue, the street name it is on, (optional information is the pole number (on a metal tag at roughly eye level) or the light number (just under the light at the top of the pole)) or call (863) 834-9535. You can speak to a Customer Service Representative from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Trash must be curbside before 6:00 AM on the collection day. Regular trash and yard waste is collected on Friday, the recycle can is collected on Monday and Furniture/appliances are collected on the 1st Friday of the month. (You do not have to schedule it) All items must be within 3 feet of the road and 3 feet away from anything else. Yard waste must meet the criteria listed on the counties website.
If your trash was not picked up, or if your trash can needs to be repaired/replaced? You can go to the Polk Waste Wise website (Request for Service - Polk County, FL (qscend.com)) or download the Polk Waste Wise app for Apple or Android to your cell phone and open a ticket from either the website or app, for your current needs.
The county has increased the restrictions of what and/or how things are picked up. Please visit their website or call them on the phone. Their number is 863-284-4319 or 800-780-5346. For escalations, contact your county commissioner's office.
