Website is intended for the homeowners of the Mission Hills neighborhood in South Lakeland, Florida. It is a place for them to find resources intended for their use.
Below, when trying to pay your 2024 Dues, please use the Pay Dues button under the amount you owe as we have different amounts due by different homeowners. Some homes are behind, and some homes had an outstanding credit applied to this year's dues. 2024 Annual Homeowners Meeting
The 2024 Annual Homeowners Meeting was held on March 5, 2024, at Palace Pizza in Highland City (5235 US - 98 S Lakeland, FL 33812). RSVP is required via email to board@missionhillshoa.com and must be received by 3/1/2024. We will be gathering at 6 PM, ordering and eating prior to the meeting (the HOA will buy 1 meal for each household represented) and if you bring a guest(s), you will be required to buy those meals. An agenda will be available at the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there.

Homeowners can request the "Profit and Loss" statement after the year ends in June of each year, by requesting it in writing via USPS or by emailing us at board@MissionHillsHOA.com. PO Box 92797 Lakeland, FL 33804. We will need your name and address so we can validate that you are a homeowner.
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
Compliance issues reporting form
This is a form that can be used to report compliance issues with a home based on the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions document posted above. Your home number, name, the home number with the issue you are reporting along with the EXACT Article V Section Number that is being violated and EXACTLY what is out of compliance from that section must be filled in on the form. All submissions will be kept confidential and incomplete forms or forms without all the requested information will be ignored. You will not be contacted regarding submissions nor will you be advised when any action is taken. We respect each homeowners privacy and will not broadcast what, if any actions have been taken on violations. If we find there is no violation, you will be notified of that, provided you give us an email address to contact you with. Please click on the link below to open the form.

Street Light repairs
If a street light is out near you, anyone can turn in a trouble ticket to the City of Lakeland Electric company. Open this website: https://lakelandelectric.com/storms-and-outages then click on the tab named “Report a Problem” and fill out the form on the page. You will need the home address next to the light with an issue, the street name it is on, (optional information is the pole number (on a metal tag at roughly eye level) or the light number (just under the light at the top of the pole)) or call (863) 834-9535. You can speak to a Customer Service Representative from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
